I am 40 years old
I am currently procrastinating. But in terms of what I do for a living, I run a PR company with one of my best friends. I also run an online wedding business (Sell My Wedding).
I am happiest when the sun is shining.
I am most relaxed when I’m on my bike with the wind in my hair.
I am most anxious when my brain thinks too much about something, which is most of the time.
If I could change one thing in the world it would be to worry less.
The thought of letting someone down really freaks me out
My two boys (6 and 10) and my oldest school friends really makes me laugh
When I feel stressed, I worry even more.
When I feel sad, I retreat.
My go-to dinner party recipe is always hot spinach and artichoke dip.
The three people I couldn’t live without are my husband, who I’ve been with since I was 18, and my two boys.
The person I most admire is my business partner, Laura.
…because she has an incredible sense of adventure (which she doesn’t know) inspiring me daily to believe that anything is possible.
